Panda Aluminium Receives “Great Place to Work” Certification

 

 

Operating under the Panda Group since 2006, Panda Aluminium has certified its efforts in employer branding and corporate culture with an internationally recognized certification.

The company, which received the Great Place to Work Certification for the first time from the Great Place to Work Institute—an organization that evaluates workplace culture and employee satisfaction based on global standards—achieved a score of 79 in employee surveys. In the survey results, the highest scores were recorded under the “trust” category. Credibility, respect, and fairness stood out as the leading dimensions, followed by pride, equity, and team spirit.

Hüseyin Seherli, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Panda Aluminium, commented on the certification received for the first time this year: “The Great Place to Work Certification is a significant outcome in terms of evaluating the corporate culture we have been building at Panda Aluminium for a long time, through the feedback of our employees. This result once again shows that the employee experience is one of the core elements of Panda Aluminium’s corporate culture.”
